When an order has been placed, the order is usually shipped out within two business days.

Refund and Return :

La Luciole offers refunds on unburned and unused candles only. Email notification of request for refund must be sent to contact@laluciole.ae within 7 days of delivery. You may also request a refund by contacting us.

– Refunds are issued for the sale price of the product only (shipping not included).

– Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to be processed and reflected in your account.

– The customer is required to pay the return shipping fees.

– Damaged returns will not be refunded.

– Special orders may not be returned.

Damages

If any damage is noticed during receipt of the order, please inspect the items with the carrier driver and have the driver note the damage. Please notify us on the damaged products so we can get the replacements out to you.
